Virgin Islands National Park

St. John: National Park

That’s right, most of the island is a National Park.
Virgin Islands National Park encompasses over half the island of St. John preserving stories of the prehistoric past and over a hundred historic sites that together complete one the most undisturbed and comprehensive Caribbean landscapes.
There is no charge for entrance into Virgin Islands National Park.
However, a same-day user fee of $4 is collected at TrunkBay.
Here is the official link:

You can check the website for lots of useful information including history, events and hiking trails.
There is also a nice map here.

Think left while driving!

Stephanie will like this one being left-handed and all.
Tradition, practicality and the law demand it. Use caution and drive defensively on the steep winding roads. The law also requires you to buckle up for your safety. If you decide to rent a vehicle this could be useful knowledge.

Welcome Friends & Family!

Thanks for sharing in our exciting adventure together!
This will be our informative homebase for most everything you will need to know about our week in St. John! We are thrilled and hope you will be able to join us,
